Welcome to Hotel Classico International! We’re excited to have you stay with us. Please take a moment to read and understand our terms and conditions, which will help ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay.

  1. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is at 12:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. If you need to check in earlier or check out later, please let us know in advance. Additional charges may apply depending on availability.
  2. Reservation Policy: Please make your reservation in advance of your planned arrival. We kindly ask that you notify us of any changes or cancellations to your reservation at least 24 hours before the check-in date.
  3. Payment: The total booking amount must be paid upon check-in. We accept Cash, UPI, Debit Cards, and major Credit Cards. Without full payment, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to provide a room to the guest.
  4. Room Key: Your room key is for your use. Please return it to the front desk upon check-out. If you lose it, you will be charged a replacement fee.
  5. Occupancy: The number of guests in your room should not exceed the number specified in your reservation. Additional guests will incur additional charges or may not be allowed, depending on the room type and hotel policy.
  6. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and toilets. However, specific rooms with balconies are designated for smoking guests. Smoking is only permitted on these balconies. Smoking in non-smoking areas or violating this policy will result in a cleaning fee.
  7. Damage and Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property, including but not limited to furniture, fixtures, amenities, and linen, caused during their stay. Charges for damage or loss will be applied as necessary.
  8. Noise and Disruption: Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (typically from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Any disturbances or disruptions may result in eviction without a refund.
  9. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises
  10. Liability: Hotel Classico International is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their personal property, including vehicles parked on hotel premises. Please be sure to secure your belongings.
  11. Guest Conduct: We expect guests to be respectful and courteous at all times. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or offensive by hotel management may result in eviction without a refund.
  12. Force Majeure: Hotel Classico International shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations.
  13. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
  14. Compliance with Laws: Guests must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and hotel policies during their stay. Any illegal activity will be reported to the authorities.
  15. Modification of Terms: Hotel Classico International reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Guests will be bound by the most current version available on the hotel’s website or provided at check-in.
  16. Identity Proof: For identity verification, every guest staying in the room must provide one of the following valid forms of identification: an Aadhaar card, driver’s license, voter ID card, or passport. Please note that a PAN card is not accepted as a valid form of identification.
